Fr. Chris Stanish is facilitating an 8 week class on prayer using Fr. Mark Toups' Oremus: A Guide to Catholic Prayer series. This class uses a series of 8 thirty minute video clips which are available from Ascension Press in DVD format. Fr. Chris introduces the study session with opening remarks, and concludes with remarks at the conclusion of the instructional video. This audio podcast contains Fr. Chris' commentary on distractions and forming a plan of life, with a break at about the 15.5 minute mark for Fr. Mark's video on dealing with distractions.
